State Farm® Insurance Agent Matt Stoken

"Matt was able to cover me at a fair price when no one else would. But I've had nothing but complications the whole time I've been with them, and my home owners policy went up at renewal with no real reason why. I shopped around and found better coverage at a lower premium elsewhere. When I called to cancel the policy, Ryan was not very friendly and hung up on me twice. I said what I needed and perhaps I didn't make myself clear, but his statements to me were nowhere near what I said and his questions didn't make sense to me. I was talking to clarify what I wanted and he started talking over me but I continued to talk so he hung up... and no, I didn't use foul language. I called back and calmly asked him why he hung up on me. He said I yelled at him. I disagreed but he was still rude and angry at me. He snapped at me that he canceled my policy as requested, said he was done with me and to have a nice day, then hung up on me a 2nd time. I do not recommend this agency based on the way I was treated by Ryan when I wanted to cancel my policy. After this experience, I am glad I'm leaving and going to another insurance company."
